MOD_CP_DEVELOPMENT_ENABLED: Controls whether Customer Portal development is enabled. In previous versions, the configuration setting is hidden and enabled by default. Note: The configuration setting MOD_CP_DEVELOPMENT_ENABLED must be enabled in order to access the 'CP Promote, Stage, and Edit' permissions and access Customer Portal via WebDAV. With the staff profile updated so that the 'CP Edit' box is enabled, staff can set up a WebDAV connection. Nor can they access the Deploy tab on the Customer Portal Administration site. Staff whose profile has the 'CP Edit' check box enabled on the Administration tab can access the Customer Portal administration site and edit customer portal pages in the development area using WebDAV. Note: Staff members with CP Edit permission, but not CP Stage or CP Promote permission, cannot access the Customer Portal Editor. Staff whose profile has the 'CP Stage' check box enabled on the Administration tab can copy development files to the staging area. Note: Staff members who have CP Stage permission automatically have CP Edit permission. I've tried easywebdav and webdavclient3, but I can't seem to replicate a connection.įor easywebdav I've tried to mimic the info I input for Cyberduck (see image below) like so: import easywebdav However, the libraries I've tried I can't connect. I'd like to run the same process through a python program so I can make a record of errors. The problem I'm having is that Cyberduck doesn't keep a record of the errors and doesn't seem to have very robust error and exception processing. I believe this is related to the network, not Cyberduck. However, for reasons I can't yet identify, I run into random errors where some files don't download. I've never used WebDav before, but I downloaded Cyberduck and used it to connect to an internal work drive and download an entire directory to my desktop.
